1. Service Areas
Delivery and pickup services are available only in designated service areas and at selectedstore locations. Availability may vary based on postal code, store capacity, operationalconstraints, product category, weather, statutory holidays, and other factors. We reservethe right to decline or cancel orders outside our service area or where fulfillment is notreasonably possible.
2. Delivery Windows
Any delivery date, time, or time window provided during checkout or communicatedthereafter is an estimate only. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver within theestimated window, we do not guarantee delivery by any specific time. Delays may occurdue to weather, traffic, product availability, staffing, system issues, supplier interruptions, orcircumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery instructions, addressdetails, contact information, and any access information needed to complete delivery. Youare also responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order, especiallywhere the order contains perishable, refrigerated, or frozen items.
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, access cannot be obtained,the address is incorrect, or delivery is otherwise prevented by circumstances attributable tothe customer, additional delivery charges may apply and certain items may not be eligiblefor refund, replacement, or redelivery.
4. Safe Drop-Off and Delivery Instructions
If you authorize us to leave an order unattended or at a designated location, you assumeresponsibility for any loss, theft, contamination, damage, temperature exposure, orspoilage that occurs after the order has been left in accordance with your instructions.
5. Pickup Orders
For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order within the timeframecommunicated by us. You may be required to present identification, order confirmationdetails, or payment verification before the order is released. Orders not picked up within areasonable timeframe may be cancelled, restocked, or discarded, particularly where theycontain perishable products.
6. Delivery Fees and Service Charges
Applicable delivery fees, service fees, bag fees, and other disclosed charges, if any, will bedisplayed during checkout. These fees are generally non-refundable once the order hasbeen processed or the service has been attempted, except where required by law or wherewe determine otherwise at our sole discretion.
