Refund and Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Fulfillment
You may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed, picked,packed, or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to cancelit in whole or in part. Any cancellation request is subject to operational feasibility and ourapproval.
2. Final Sale of Perishable Goods
Because of food safety, quality control, and health protection requirements, perishableitems, refrigerated items, frozen items, produce, dairy, meat, prepared foods, and similargoods are generally final sale and not eligible for return once delivered or picked up,except where such goods were defective, spoiled, unsafe, damaged at the time of delivery,or supplied incorrectly.
3. Non-Perishable Items
At our discretion and subject to applicable law, unopened and unused non-perishable itemsin their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return, exchange, or storecredit within the period specified on the website or otherwise communicated by us. Proof ofpurchase may be required.
4. Reporting Issues
If there is any issue with your order, including missing items, incorrect items, damagedgoods, quality concerns, or billing errors, you must notify us within
24 hours
of delivery orpickup unless a longer period is required by law. We may request photographs, packagingdetails, temperature information, or any other reasonable evidence necessary to evaluatethe claim.
5. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, it may be issued to the original method of payment, as storecredit, or in another form determined by us, subject to applicable law and the capabilities ofthe payment processor. Refund processing times may vary depending on the paymentmethod, card issuer, financial institution, or platform used.
6. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Without limiting any rights you may have under applicable law, refunds, replacements, orcredits may be denied where the issue results from incorrect address information providedby the customer, failure to receive the order at the agreed time, improper storage afterdelivery or pickup, customer instructions to leave the order unattended, ordinary variationin fresh items, or claims submitted outside the required reporting period.
